Sesame Noodles by Betty

- green onions (or more)
- dark soy sauce
- Chinese sesame oil
- chinkiany black vinegar
- creamy peanut butter
- sugar
- hot chile oil
- Chinese egg noodles
- lime, optional
Boil noodle according to package directions. Rinse in cold water.
Put drained noodle in bowl add sauce, chopped chives, toss.
Add 1 tablespoon chopped lime. (optional)
Serve warm or cold.
Can add one or more of the following; chopped fresh cilantro, chopped red bell pepper, peeled seeded shredded cucumber, cubed ham or chicken.
A light yet filling afternoon treat.
